This mobile cafe is a big hit at any event it appears at. To our knowledge, this is the only Gelato Display Case mounted within it's own trailer, with it's own complete supporting kitchen, water, and power supply. We have had lines of people 30 to 40 deep waiting for our gelato and sorbet with this unit. It's a very exciting and fun business. Of course, you don't have to sell gelato, any ice cream can be sold, as well as any other products you choose.
