This METRIC bearing measures 160mm long x 103.12mm wide x 50mm high and works with the 40mm sides of the METRIC 40 Series T-slot aluminum extrusions in a sliding application. This part contains special threaded bearing pad inserts specifically designed for withstanding high cycles with sudden and rapid accelerations/decelerations. The bearing pads are made from UHMW-PE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) material which are self lubricating and have a low coefficient of friction. Typical applications include actuators, parts transfers, or pick-and-place operations to name a few.
