These 25 UHF-MALE (PL259) connectors are all nickel-plated with brown Bakelite insulator and heavy duty knurling. Connector is about 1.56" long with .72" diameter. A nice low-cost general purpose connector for use on small and medium size coaxial 50 Ohm cable .199" to .432" outer diameter such as RG8 as it is (or RG8X with a reducer). RG8 and RG213 have the same OD .405" The UHF-Male coaxial connector is commonly referred to as a PL-259 . It is by far the most widely used coaxial connector in amateur radio, citizens' band radio, and marine VHF radio. However, although it's called a UHF connector, it is seldom used for UHF frequencies above 300 MHz due to lesser performance. They can handle RF power levels over one kilowatt (1kW). The RMS rating is 500 volts. Fits RG-8 perfectly as 'tis or, use a reducer for other sizes.
