This tube socket is used, but, in great shape, it was working when the station pulled it out to install a different type tube. It has the tube locater mechanism, the wing nut for latching the tube in place, and the air hole that allows you to blow air againist the bottom of the tube. Fingers are in good shape.
This socket is deigned to be used with EIMAC tube types 8349/4CX35,000C, 8351/ACV100,000C, and the4CW100,000D, (Both tubes are shown in the photoes) providing contact to the filament, control grid, and the screen grid of the socketed tube.
This socket with all that is with it cost over $3200.00 new. (check the cost with EIMAC)
