This tubing bender has the ability to bend up to:
all with a maximum center line radius of 7 inches
Foot pedal control allows hands free operation with no re-positioning of the ram or any pins.
180 degrees can be achieved without lifting a finger, just pushing the foot pedal.
It's impressive Baldor Electric Motor with Industrial grade, low pressure hydraulics, offer high speed bending (45 degrees in around 10 seconds)
An anti-springback mechanism keeps constant pressure on the material while the hydraulic ram resets itself.
"Drop-on die sets" allow quick tooling changes and produce some of the best bend quality on the market today.
It will produce the same quality of bends as our larger rotary draw machines because it uses the same die sets.
The RDB-125 comes standard with our quick release counter die system.
This makes loading and unloading the material fast and easy with no pins to remove or reset.
We offer over 2,200 tooling options that include tube, pipe, square, solid rod and rectangle.
