This item was purchased from STERILE ENVIRONMENT PRODUCTS, Steve or Brenda Glover, Belton Texas. I am the original owner and it is in good condition. I used the item for bacterial protection in an incubator.
It has a GERMICIDAL LAMP G8T5 8W, SANKYO DENKI. The lamp also says: "DANGER RADIATION ULTRAVIOLET.
Caution: This fixture incorporates lamps which emit ultraviolet radiation harmful to eyes and skin. Precautions should be taken to insure that personnel are not exposed to direct or reflected radiation. Before cleaning or re-lamping, always turn power OFF."

The fixture is 12 inches in length.
