Part number NVFS4100-3FZ. Single acting, spring return 110 vac coil with override, indicator, and surge protector. Manifold style includes special gasket and four mounting screws.
Two position, single acting. Base mounted plugin. Internally piloted with non-locking manual override. 110 vac coil connects via manifold 5-pin connector. Surge suppressor and pilot light internal and top viewable. Manifold ported.
Unit is quite clean, but may include the most minor of storage cosmetics. Includes original poly bag but no docs.
