This Peanut Roaster Drum comes fully assembled and ready to go. Fits inside of your Home Barbeque unit and attaches to your existing Rotisserie unit (if you do not have a Rotisserie unit for your BBQ you can purchase one inexpensively from Home Depot, Lowes, and many other stores). Complete operating and roasting instructions included, along with 1/2 cup unroasted peanuts to start you off. Can easily roast up to 5 pounds of coffee at a time, much more than other more expensive units.
This is the Premium Model which has a Stainless Steel cage made out of 20-Gauge Perforated Stainless Steel, suggested for commercial high-volume roasting, or similar heavy demand nut roasting applications. For average home roasting use, it is suggested that you purchase my less expensive Standard Aluminum sidewall design which is listed for $109.95.

A: Absolutely not. The Peanut Roasting drum is 100% metal construction. This version has outer caging made from Perforated Stainless Steel. End caps plates are 16 gauge Aluminum; interior finwork is aluminum.
A: Yes in fact it does. The fins are attached inside of the drum, are aggressively designed in this Premium version for extra good mixing ability, and significantly help in the roasting process.
