What is a Toolholder ? In the metalworking machinery business, or manufacturing, a cutting tool has to be held by a toolholder. Toolholders Inc primarily specializes in only those toolholders which are used on computerized automatic machining centers. A new owner could easily branch out into the hundreds of other types of toolholders used in manufacturing. See pictures of the toolholders in the photos section of this add. Some machines will hold 200 or more toolholders of different types and a typical manufacturer will have many hundreds or thousands more in their inventory to hold different types of cutters depending on the machining operation required. 2-18-2010 Note: Our gross sales for 2009 was $ 52,410.63. I find this to be encouraging for the future since 2009 was probably the worst year for manufacturing in the U.S. since the Great Depression of the 1930's. Toolholders Inc actually had a gross profit of $ 16,808. Most companies involved in manufacturing lost money during this year.Remember, nobody is working this business. It can easily be relocated to any where in the world since it's not set up for walk in or drive by business. It's the perfect business to work from your home on your own schedule.
