A 16' customized BBQ Rig (original cost - $2200.00)
It has 1/2" thick diamond grate flooring (that was installed 10 months ago). We also added leveler jacks on rear, more railing around the rear,a 4' gate on drivers rear for easy load and unload of coolers, charcoal ,wood, etc.., an extra 2' of length for coolers,charcoal,wood,etc...2 fans, and cabinets with marble counter tops at the same time. ($2900.00)
The trailer came to us with a huge 3' X 6' barrel type grill/smoker on the back ( it had 2 smoke stacks that protruded through the roof, but those holes have been patched)...which we removed and replaced with a Backwoods Fatboy ($1800.00 the fatboy or the short smoker does not go with trailer) and a larger smoker that we had custom built to fashion the Backwoods Pro Jr ($1800.00). Anyone who know anything about Backwoods Smokers knows the Pro Jr cost $3980.00 new.
It has a fold out prep table,fold up entry step, and electrical receptacles.

We cook in several KCBS & MBN style competitions and as you can see by the trophies....this rig has treated us fairly well.
We truly adore this BBQ rig, but as we are venturing out more and more.....(and gettin' a bit older in the process)....we've decided to go with a Work & Play................."to have a place to sleep"
