You are viewing a case of 12" long apparel hangers. These are designed to attach to a retail display made of 1" x 1" steel tube. There are small mounting holes in the part of the hook that wraps around the tube so a couple of screws could be used to keep the hanger in place. There are 20 units per case.
1" tube (easily available at metal supply stores) could be attached in lots of unique ways to make custom displays. Simply cut the tube to the length desired, slide the hanger into the desired position and lock into position with a set screw (through the pre-drilled hole in the hangers) and then attach the tube to whatever you like.
