The surprisingly affordable STAR series offers high performance combined with a state-of-the-art design and compact size. Each weatherized radio is tested in an environmental chamber over a specified operating temperature to ensure exceptional reliability under all operating conditions.
The low power K-STAR RF unit is available in either 2W or 4W configurations. The high power or booster K-STAR RF unit is available in either 8, 16, or 20W configurations. Higher Power 25, 40, 100, and 300W configurations are also available with the addition of an external High Power Amplifier.
The K-STAR RF unit has been designed to accommodate the entire Ku-band receive frequency spectrum. And by simply changing the LNB, the K-STAR radio can be configured for use throughout the world.
Options include flexible RX RF frequency plan (LNB s), DC input power (no AC at the antenna), external 10 MHz reference, handheld terminal, and antenna mounting kits.
