This is a Fan Cycling Pressure Control.
Cut Out Pressure: 165 PSI, Cut in 215 PSI. SPST/NO, 1/4" Quick Disconnect Terminals. 1/4" Flare Connection.
Some of the Red Plastic is chipped off at the end near the terminals, you can see this in the picture.
