This incubator powers on and heats up perfectly. Due to our limited testing resources we were unable to test the co2 but have no reason to believe it wouldn't work perfectly. The top cover has been replaced with a wooden cover (see pictures). This NAPCO CO2 Incubator 6100 features power-heat-CO2 ON/OFF Switch. The approximate dimensions of the chamber are 25"H x 17"W x 18"D
