The new Magnum S-680 is now available for purchase. This radio will swing to over 85 watts PEP on AM. The S-6 radio is basically a S9 without Sideband. You still get the blue frequency counter, high power mosfet finals, turbo echo and all mode talk back control. If you are like the S9, but just don't need side band why not save a little money and get the new S6!
