Exceptional cutting capacity MACHINE FEATURES:
All main machine components are in cast iron: monolithic bow, bow support with hinge pin, centring ring, reducer box, vice base and vice carriage.
Bow rotation for angled cuts from 0 to 45 left with pre-set stops at 0 & 45 , graduated line, mechanical stops and lever for intermediate positions.
steel resting base in with groove for band. Base turns in conjunction with bow so it supports parts even during angled cuts and prevents cutting into vice base.
Deep angled opening in vice base to improve swarf discharge.
2-speed three-phase motor (0.75/1.1 Kw)
transmission carried out by means of screw-ring reducer in oil bath 1:40 ratio for 36-71 m/min speed. ( the single-phase machine has only 1 speed)
