This is a Fischbein sewing head series 10 thousand. I am selling it for a friend so I am limited on the technical questions but I will answer them as best I can. It has been sitting in storage for a few years.
My understanding is that this is used to stitch bags closed. Such as dog food bags, rice hull bags etc...
