Here we have a Nice VERY sharp NEW threading tap.
US MADE some by Pratt & Whitney some by Winter Co.
Some are 4 flute taper tap with a straight shank and some have 5 flutes.
The shank size .260" so you can chuck it right up in your collet, hand held electric drill or in your drill press chuck. They do have a flat spot on the shank for a set screw if you have that type of holder.
