1950 Lincoln SA 200 Shorthood Engine Drive Welder
Here is a running & welding 1950 SA 200 with the F 162 Continental gas engine.
I will say right up front, it needs some TLC. When I got it, it was in worse shape than it is now. I simply fixed a few things to get it to where it would run & weld. The engine runs well, but will be in need of a rebuild. It leaks some oil & burns a little too. The radiator has some damage & will need to be repaired or replaced but does hold liquid. The idle is a little on the rough & high side, but the bellows brings it up to speed when you strike an arc.
All & all, a good candidate for a parts machine, or to rebuild. The air cleaner & exciter cover are not there.
I am also including several parts from another 1954 SA 200 I had a couple years back. There is a face assy (less the tap amperage control), an oil filter reservoir, complete barrel & armature which I was told were no good.
A nice package for someone into rebuilding these machines. It's NOT the kind of machine that's ready to go into the field & work day in & day out.
