Vintage amperex 152 avp/01 photomultiplier tubes

The tubes are end-on, approximately 0.75" diameter (the tube itself; photocathode is about 0.5" diameter) and appear to have 9-10 stages of amplification. The attached wires include a voltage lead, ground, and a shielded output. The photocathode is probably an S-20. I have a very limited amount of documentation on how the tubes are wired.
As Seen in the Smithsonian! Check out this link: https://www.nasm.si.edu/collections/artifact.cfm?id=A19950047000
While the text describing the tube on display in the Udvar-Hazy Center mentions that these were used in the 1960's, but to the best of my knowledge my tubes were purchased in the mid-late1980s.
