These are HP 59307A Dual VHF Switches, from a Silicon Valley company.
They power up fine, and come with 30 days DOA warranty.
The little button labeled "local reset" has come off (can still be pressed with a pen or a paper clip).
The HP/Agilent 59307A VHF Switch provides two single-pole 4-throw switches controlled from front-panel pushbuttons or remotely from an HP-IB interface. Designed to maintain fast pulse transition times, the 59307A is a dc-to-500-MHz 50-ohm switch.
