Flux gel for electronics
Flux gel type MOB39i. A gelatinous-consistency flux, application specific for BGA (Ball Grid Array) components but also excellent for many other rework applications.
Spread thinly at approximately 3 m thick, it will effectively flux any tinned surface without the problem of a liquid flux running all over the place, but with the added advantage of leaving a minimal non-corrosive residue.
Supplied in a 10 gm. syringe. A 100gm pot is also available.
