Unit powers up and locks quickly, we compared the 5/10Mhz outputs to some of our service monitors and they all show 0Hz difference. We unfortunately don't have anything that comes close to (or more importantly exceeds) the accuracy of this unit so it's not really an accurate test. Cases show signs of scuffs and scrapes but no dents or gouges. Date code is 9645.
