ITEM: *Genuine* PFAUDLER Brand Part# 1100008 (flanges are stamped "1100008", current part# is 1110008) Split Ring Flange for Pfaudler Glass Lined Nozzle Connections, Squared Version (to accommodate application conditions where flange clearance is at a minimum), Zinc Chromated Forged steel Construction (type SA-181CL.60), Bolt Pattern According to Class 150 (ANSI 150#) ASME B16.5 drilling standards (for more information see Pfaudler Data Sheet DS65-300-3).
MANUFACTURER NOTICE AND WARNING REGARDING PRODUCT USE:
"Pfaudler split flanges are used to connect accessories such as seal housings, valves and baffles to the nozzles of Pfaudler glassed-steel vessels. They are also used to interconnect glassed pipe and fittings. Pfaudler split flanges meet the requirements of ASME code and are for use on Glasteel or Nucerite vessels only. They are not for use on alloy vessels or as jacket connections on any type of vessel.
WARNING: Pfaudler split flanges must not be used on any nozzle that is not a Pfaudler-brand nozzle made to U.S. standards. Dimensional differences exist which may result in failure of the closure under normal operating conditions, possibly resulting in injury, loss of life, or property damage."
