Small Hand Tool - Only Marking is: Made U.S.A.
Vintage Metal Punch with Steel Rectangular Head.
Tool has a Black Painted Finish. The Black Handle is Stationary. Both handles are curved. The Red handle has the markings of: Made U.S.A. The Red Handle when Squeezed - forces out a tiny Rectangular Punch (no bigger than a grain of rice). Tool is controlled by a Spring under the top of the tool. Not quite sure its purpose.
MEASURES: From the Top of the Tool: Black Handle is about 4 inches long, the Red Handle is about 4.5 inches long and the Top of the Tool measures 3 inches long.
Condition: Very Good+! Some Paint Wear, Minimal Rust, Moves Very Freely, all Parts Intact.
