Feature: For single TO220 footprint linear regulator chip, with flexibility of stack multiple modules by conductive standoffs to build up multi-channel power source, with single input DC voltage, to generate multiple regulated voltage outputs.
Above picture shows an example of power source stack
Inductive standoffs mechanically support the boards to form a stack and also it combine all the inputs of boards included together, so power stack has only 1 input with different regulated voltage outputs from different modules. 3 standoffs are connected with circuit and the other 3 standoffs are electrically insulated, user can use these 3 standoff screws to mount the module stack on even conductive surface.
Note: This first revision board has an error with diode D1 and D2 direction. Please refer Rev.B layout drawing for your assembly.
This board contains pot R1 footprint which gives user chance to build variable output regulated voltage source. If user needs only fixed voltage output, footprint R1 should be shorted by simply solder a jumper wire on it.
