General Gasoline Powered Model E Rodrunner
Unit includes E-MRDC Municipal Rod Coupler, Safety clutch, leather gloves, Tool Box, 6.5hp Engine, Forward Reverse Transmission, and 10" Pneumatic Tires.
The Model E gasoline powered Rodrunner is ideal for cleaning long runs up to 500 ft. down the line. It can be coupled to either 10 ft. sectional cables to clear up to 14" lines or 5/16" municipal rods to clear lines up to 24" in diameter. The operator stands behind machine and walks cables or rods into line.
It is driven by a powerful 5 hp engine with an easily accessible throttle control on the handle. Drive speed is set at 100 to 200 rpm for municipal rods and 200 to 400 rpm for sectional cables.
The hot-shift transmission lets you switch from forward to reverse without the need for a clutch. The long gear shift lever is within easy reach of the operator. And features like the 3/4" lifetime lubricated drive chain and safety slip clutch to protect cables and rods against excessive torque build-up means low maintenance.

RD-E-SG Basic Unit INCLUDES EG-CDC Sectional Cable Drive Coupler for "G" Connectors, Safety Clutch, Leather Gloves, Tool Box, 6.5 hp Engine, Forward-Reverse Transmission, and 10" Pneumatic Tires.
RD-E-SL Basic Unit same as RD-E-SG, except with EL-CDC Sectional Cable Drive Coupler for "L" Connectors.
The above units do not include cables, rods or cutters.
The following units, which are COMPLETE AND READY TO OPERATE, include Basic Unit indicated, standard cutter set with connectors to match the basic unit, and rods or cables as indicated:
RD-E-M-A includes RD-E-M, 62 3MSR 39" Municipal Rods (201.5 ft./62m),
RD-E-SG-B includes RD-E-SG, CF Cable Feeding Tool, Twenty 10GP Proflex
Sections (200 ft./60m) and EGCS Cutter Set.
RD-E-SL-C includes RD-E-SL, CF Cable Feeding Tool, Twenty 10LP Proflex
Sections (200 ft./60m) and ELCS Cutter Set.
