Up for your consideration is this: Lot of 4 new Ideal Brand Snaplock screw on High Torque/Tension Hose or Pipe clamps Snaplock (TM) Quick-Release Hose Clamps
* FEATURES:These will work on any 16 inch diameter round or shape (I-Beam or square column) to hang signs or attach fixtures such as mirrors. They are an easy on, easy off reusable clamp. They also feature a swivel action locking screw which makes installation and removal faster. Especially great for hard to reach applications where clamp must be opened to be used. These do say "MEXICO" on the side of the head. On the metal band near the head it says "16 1/4 size 258 413mm" These may be a bit bigger than what you are looking for but they can be cut down to size if needed.
* COLOR:Stainless Steel Silver
* SIZE: 52 inches long x 9/16" wide
* WORKING RANGE: Maximum 16" Diameter and any shape smaller down to about 3 inches (I looked on Google but the only comparable "SNAPLOCK" High Torque clamp I could find was a measly 2 inch diameter - and those cost (GRAB YER SEAT!!!) $6.10 per clamp!!!... ... for a itty bitty 2" clamp?... Yep!
