This unit is used to measure the surface tension of liquids.
Unit is in very good condition for it's age.
There are some areas of missing paint.
Unit does have areas where there is some scratching.
Unit has 2 built in thumb screws for leveling as well as a built in level indicator.
Unit was tested to power up without any problem!
