500LB pneumatic pile driver low air consumption
This is a 500lb pneumatic pile driver. It is single acting and has a 12" stroke. Each blow exerts 450 ft pounds of force. A compressor rated at 15cfm at 80 psi will comfortably run this hammer 60 blows per minite. There is a palm button control that you depress and release for each stroke. The body has a 13.5" inside diameter. Without adapters you can drive piling 6" through 13" diameter. We can build you adapters for driving sheet piling, H piling, pipe...anything really. The cylinder is comprised of an aluminum barrel and an aluminum piston. We can add weight if necessary if you would like a heavier unit. We also have automatic controls available.
