We design and manufacturer our own tube axial exhaust fans from 12" to 48". Which means we can pass the savings on to you. The fans use a MULTI-WING non-sparking blade, and run more quietly and efficiently than other standard tube axial fans. We also use off-the-shelf flanged bearings for easy maintenance and replacement part availability. The fan's "V" belt drive has an adjustable motor base for correct belt tensioning. All fans carry a one year warranty.
All JC METAL FAB Tube Axial Fans are constructed from a 18ga aluminized rolled tube, and a 12ga belt/motor mount. All mounts are cut by a oxygen assisted laser, for precision assembly and long life.
