Zinsco 20A 20 amp twin tandem breaker rc-38 r-38 x
Here we have a nice Zinsco Type R38 or RC38 circuit breaker. This is a 20A, twin or tandem 120/240V breaker. Measures 3/4 inches thick. These breakers have chips in the plastic case next to the wire terminals comparable to what is shown in the pic. These were removed from a working system. Other breaker sizes available.
