This is a New Acme Packaging Corp. Polypropylene Strapping coil in open box. This product is used to further secure boxes which weigh too much for tape or staples to withstand. It must be used with proper equipment to seal the strap. Cosmetically, the box is dirty and has some damage from shelf storage but the coil is still sealed in the original manufacturer's tape as photos show..
