MKS/HPS Model 937 Vacuum Gauge Controller + 4 Modules
The Series 937 combination vacuum gauge system is part of the HPS family of vacuum gauges. It will operate as many as five sensors simultaneously, and every controller is configured to the user's specifications regarding sensors, line voltage and frequency, units of measure and communication choice.
The Series 937 combines the technologies of the cold cathode, standard Pirani, convection Pirani, thermocouple, capacitance manometer and absolute Piezo sensors to measure from ultra-high vacuum to above atmospheric pressure.
Wide measurement range of 10-11 to 10,000 Torr
Easily operates up to 5 sensors via 3 gauge slots
Displays up to 5 pressure readings simultaneously
Repeatable measurements and five independent relay set points for improved process control
Field upgradeable, modular design
Fast response versions available
RS232 or RS485 digital communication
Fully CE complieant with EMC directive 89/336/EEC and Low Voltage Directive 72/23/EEC
This Controller includes an Analog Module, 2 Cold Cathode Modules and a Dual Channel Pirani (T/C) Module.
RS-485 may be added in the future.
