vintage HEATHKIT resistance capacitance bridge
Model C-3U, 24 x 16 x 22 (depth including BIG coils on the bak) cm, very heavy (over 4 Kg)! With a magic-eye valve as indicator.
I have strapped some resistors/capacitors across the terminals, the magic eye is responding but some of the readings are out, (according to my DMM: resistor 9K94, Magic eye shadow opens to widest at 17K; 22nF marked cap looks spot-on at 22000pF, 1nF gives 0.7nF - if I am reading the scale right).
The leakage test function puts voltage on the capacitor terminals, again this is out (237DC / 355 AC on "450V" setting).
I don't know how to use the "Power Factor" function.
Case is a bit grubby, 2 knobs have a small split; otherwise in good order.

Sorry about that but this needs someone who knows what they're doing, as it does put out high voltage.
An interesting looking and useful bit of test equipment!
