Machine shop equipment automotive diesel winona

These machines were purchased years ago for a performance automotive shop, the shop only operated for about 2 years, the machines have been used intermitantly for the past 15 years on my own projects. I'm trying to move and I just do not use these machines enough to justify moving them. None of these machines has ever seen production work, the rod machine has never been used, I'd venture to say these are some of the nicest, lowest time used machines on the market. I'm including anything specifically for automotive machine work in this sale, add some basic hand tools and some cleaning equipment and you can be in business in under 30 days. Heres a list of equipment and the basic history on these machines.
Sioux Valve Grinder - This was the first machine I purchased, about 1990 it was sitting in friends import repair shop in San Antonio, his dad purchased it new, used it for a few years and forgot about it, it still had the original stones. I had it serviced including new stones and fingers in the chuck, its ground maybe 2000 valves since then, stones still have life in them. This machine is ready to work.
Winona SM400 Surface Grinding Machine - This is the larger machine used for automotive as well as Light Truck and Diesel cylinder heads and blocks, has the power coumn for quick easy setup and has power downfeed for hands free operation. I purchased this machine and the seat and guide machine from the original owner in 1991, he had used them under 2 years and only lightly. Has all original tooling including fly-cutter for aluminum heads and grinding wheel balancing arbor, still has original grinding stones with life left. I've done under 200 hundred jobs on this machine. This machine is ready to work, only thing I would add is the CBN cutter.
Winona PH6000DA Seat and Guide Machine - This is the larger machine used for automotive as well as Light Truck and Diesel cylinder heads, has power column for quick easy setup, and auto-feed spindle. Machine has a air float table with head turnover fixture and the diesel head attachments.Comes with the standard tooling core drills and reamers for valve guide replacement in cast iron cylinder heads. Also the fixed seat cutters for installing replacement valve seats and hardened valve seats, most have never been used. Excellent condition, has all factory tooling. I did under 200 jobs on this machine. This machine is ready to work, only thing I would add is the 3 angle valve seat cutter.
Winona Brake Lathe Disc and Drum - Purchased in 1995, still in mfrs crate unused, has all tooling for automotive and diesel truck brake drums and rotors, plus a few pieces I added. I've done maybe 100 jobs on this machine. This machine is ready to work.
Berco/Peterson AB320 Rod Boring Machine - I purchased this machine in 1995, still in mfrs crate unused, its still never been used, excellent condition with all factory tooling. This machine is ready to work.
Line Boring setup, think its a Quikway, power head can be seen sitting next to Brake Lathe, took in trade from a guy that owed me $$, I've never needed it, or used it, it is a used machine.
3 custom built steel work benches, 1/4" plate top, 2x2x3/16 frame and legs, length 8 foot, width 3 foot. I built these tables 20 years ago from all new materials, everything except table tops was painted with black industrial paint, I've used them quite a bit, but they are still really nice, these were built to last a lifetime +. Table #1 is the seat grinding table, it was designed to use cradles to hold any head for valve grinding, only 1 set of cradles is included, they are simple, you can easily copy. Table #2 is a similar design, it was intended for guide work, designed so a head can be supported and the old guides removed or new ones installed. Table #3 is the engine tear down table, it was designed with a 2" lip around table so engine sludge is contained during dissasembly. There is a drain in one corner to collect fluids in a 5 gal bucket.
Winona 120 volt dry magnafluxer, Chatillon 250 lb spring tester works for compression and tension, Shadowgraph balancing scale for balancing pistons/rods, balancing stand for balancing grinding wheels (like the surfacing machine or a crankshaft grinder), 3 seat grinders stone dressers and lots of pilots and stones (1 Black &Decker ready to work, 2 kwikway needing cords, one has extended head for aircraft cylinder/heads), pneumatic valve spring compressor, snap-on Cam bearing removal/installation tool, snap-on Ridge Reamer unused, good selection of bead hones (some sizes unused), good selection of oil and coolant galley cleaning brushes, valve guide knurling set, valve stem seals, freeze plugs, oil plugs and more
2 heavy duty rolling shelves, one was designed for crankshaft storage, the other for head storage.
Everything here can be moved on one 40 to 50 foot semi-trailer, I can load them.
I'm approx 30 minutes south of Austin Bergstrom International airport, I can pick you up and drive you down to San Marcos to inspect these machines then get you back to the airport for an evening flight home.
