2. Trailers comes with all the material needed to set trailer except concrete block and set up wood. All interior trim, ceiling board, and 4 aluminuim carpet bar for mateline, rubber mateline roofing w/primer and caulk, aluminum for outside mateline.
4. Aluminum siding. Need one corner piece.

8. Unit is tile and could be replaced, but not in to bad of condition and some misc. door and window trim needs to be replaced.
