This item is a brand new Therma-Tek 36" gas infra-red Cheesemelter. Model TCM36. This item is very useful for the Church Kitchen, Deli, Sandwich Shop, or School cafeteria. Melt cheese. Toast any product. Great for sandwiches. This Anvil all stainless steel unit is ideal for defrosting of ready-made dishes, reheating pizza's, croissants, toasted sandwiches, etc.
This cheesemelter is constructed with a stainless steel exterior and a corrosion resistant aluminized steel interior , making it more durable and easy to clean. An easy to remove drip pan also helps make cleaning less of a chore. This unit is equipped with rapid fire infrared tile burners which are individually controlled. The commercial gas cheesemelter is equipped with one nickel plated rack with four adjustable rack positions. This counter model stands on 4'' adjustable legs.
