We post items 5 days a week and most items are processed and dispatched the same day. We do obtain a proof of posting for all items sent and in the unlikely event of an item being lost we shall make a claim and send a replacement or issue a refund less postage costs. You are more than welcome to pick your order up if you are local although you will need to contact me first to arrange an appointment.
Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of original delivery date and are subject to inspection prior to issuance of a full refund or a replacement less return postage costs which is at our discretion
