Strawberry cheesecake snow/shaved ice flavor syrup mix
(Recipe to make smaller quantity included)
1. Mix together: 5 pounds of sugar (or equivalent quantity sugar substitute), bottle of concentrate, & HOT water to fill gallon container.
2. Mix or Shake thoroughly & let cool. 3. Pour over shaved ice & enjoy!
Once syrup is made from our concentrates it is shelf stable (no refrigeration needed), it should be used up in 60 days if kept in a cool area. If you make your syrup with another sweetener than sugar then it needs refrigeration.
