This is a new, Starrett #657P Magnetic Base Only.
You can use this if you have a Starrett 657T attachments. Or some modify it to fit their unique needs.

Dimensions : 1-5/16"x1 5/8"x1 7/8"
Push-button on/off switch for one-hand operation.
V-step holds base to arbors, shafts, etc. Base has extra 1/4-20 tapped hole on one side for mounting post.
