Fondant maker "ball beater"
A lovely old piece of commercial baking /confectionary equipment. Used to make baker's fondant and dough. They don't make them like this anymore. Don't know much about it, other than it works! Nameplates long ago worn off or painted over. Runs on 220VAC and 30 amps. 40-inch diameter. 36-inch overall height.
