The Somerset CDR-700 Dough Sheeter is a powerful, high-volume dough sheeter that exceeds OSHA safety requirements. It is built of a sanitary all stainless steel construction, welded for ultimate durability. This dough sheeter offers speed, safety, durability, and sanitation; all for a low investment. It can sheet up to 40 pounds of dough to a uniformed thickness in only a matter of seconds. With CDR700, you can make pizzas up to 20 inches in diameter.
CDR-700 has standard features that contribute to its dependability and easy use. These include safety sensors for automatic shutoff, simple handle adjustments that give exact uniform dough thickness, a removable sliding tray, all-in-front operation, and a compact design for use in small kitchen spaces. It also features spring loaded scrapers that are synthetic and removable for easy cleaning. CDR700 uses a maintenance-free drive mechanism, which is isolated from the roller area.
The CDR-700 Dough Sheeter has a gear motor that is heavy-duty with 1 horsepower, maintenance free, single phase, 115V, 60Hz or 220V, 50Hz. It has sealed ball bearings, which are permanently lubricated. You can choose from synthetic or hard-chrome plated rollers. The metallic rollers are available on model number CDR-700M.
