About the time the SDR-1000 was making a name for itself a company in India called SDRtech came out with a clone of the SDR-1000 based on the articles written on how to make one. it was called the wonderradio and it uses any software the SDR-1000 uses and most info that applies to one applies to the other
they later went out of business. so this is kind of a collector item.
I got this in a trade last year from John my radio genius buddy who told me it worked 100%, I have never had time to set it up and who knows when I will so I am selling it.
it comes with lots of manuals, a Creative MP3 USB sound card and the contour shuttle for better control of the radio.
I do not know what or if a power amplifier for transmitting is installed this model
if you have always wanted an SDR-1000 this is the next best thing !
please be sure you have the knowledge to work with an SDR-1000 or wonderradio. perhaps you should join the SDR-1000 yahoo group. I can offer no support and there are no returns. it does work and John's word is good as gold. don't purchase if you don't agree
