Schurman CM&E USNR Industrial Saw Guide Resurfacer NICE
* Schurman CM&E USNR (US Natural Resources Inc) Industrial Saw Guide Resurfacer
* Designed to machine babbit guide plugs with extreme accuracy in order to guide thin kerf saws to cut lumber within close tolerances (from the manual)
* Unit is mounted in an enclosed stand with clear flip top lid. There is a small chute in the front bottom where babbit shavings can be blown through into a bucket.
* A convenient control is located on the right side of the enclosure. One control turns on the rotating table with the cutter (knob is broken but I was still able to turn the switch OK), and the other activates the actuator that moves the table back and forth.
* 115V single phase operation
* Manual and the various other parts are included as shown.
* There is a fair amount of grime on the enclosure and some shavings leftover from the last use. The top acrylic lid for the enclosure is functional but a bit rough.
* Unpacked weight: 612 on standard pallet
