Excellent price for a brand new high power diode. In continuous mode we see the lase threshold at 60-75mA and around 100mW optical power at 200mA, (658nm). Tests using our driver board (OFL144) and a TTL pulse drive (2kHz) show ~230mW @320mA. Manufacturer's rating: 240mW pulse mode, >4000hrs lifetime.

Single diodes are sealed in a translucent anti-static bag. We only accept returns for unopened bags because of the static sensitivity of these devices.
For 5+ diodes we supply a free rigid anti-static component box.
