New michigan reclaim lumber post&beam timberframe kit
Brand New, unassembled rough sawn White Pine 40' x 40' Timberframe, 28' x 40' Saltbox Style roof with 12' x 40' Lean-To. Full Loft with 3' Knee Wall. *Frame and hardware Only.
We purchased this kit from Michigan Reclaim Lumber with the intention of using it for my husband's custom guitar shop. After paying for it, we found out we couldn't put it on our property due to the Natural Rivers and Streams Act, so its is currently being stored at Michigan Reclaim Lumber in Carson City, MI. The kit itself has not been pre-cut and drilled, which allows for some tweaking of the original design. This service could also be completed by MRL if desired, along with purchasing any additonal siding or roofing etc. We originally paid over $19,000 for this kit. This frame has the potential to be used for so many things: a getaway cabin, large workshop, for storage or livestock- the possibilities are limitless.
