Heller four roll hydraulic plate bending machine
Built in Italy and imported by Heller, California. Model 405/3, serial 02140, manufactured 2002 as a special order at a cost of over $40,000.

As you can see, the rolls are relatively short at 21-1/2". The rolls are rated at 3mm (12 gauge steel). Below we have a movie showing it easily bending 1/4" aluminum plate.
The rolls are run from the simple hydraulic lever controls located on the outrigger pendant.

The control pendant has a lower roll pressure adjustment, and pressures are indicated on the 2 analog gauges on the control board.
The machine runs exceptionally quietly. In the movie below you can hear the radio in the background as the machine is running.
The machine is in near new condition and clean inside and out. It has been used almost not at all. Cosmetically it's beautiful-nothing bent or damaged, not even any major scratches on the paint.
The hydraulics are perfect, and you can see below in the close-up picture that the original oil is perfectly clean.
The rolls are smooth and shiny, not nicked or scratched. At the back of the machine is an emergency lowering lever should something get caught in the rolls unexpectantly.
There is an additional safety feature in the cable shutoff which surroundsw the rolls. If a person or object hits the cable, or if it is cut, the machine turns itself off immediately. The cable shutoff is re-set from the back of the machine.
This machine, has more capability, and is easier to use compared to 3 roll types. Circles, ovals, and even cones are easily made since the rolls are all adjustable to each other - not only parallel to each other, but also at angles.
Because of the 4 roll configuration, tighter bends can be made.
The company claims rolls of just 1.1 times the upper roll diameter can be made. The upper roill diameter of this machine is 2.5" (63mm). So, you should be able to make 3" pipe.
Physical dimensions of the machine are approximately 114" (9'6") overall length with the penddant in-line with the machine (max length). With the pendant pulled forward, its 9 feet wide. Machine is about 40" deep and 46 " tall to he top of the pendant. Of course, you'll need room in front of, and behind the machine for your plate material.

I really can't say enough about this beautiful machine. There's just nothing you're not going to like.
Here's your opportunity to have a fantastic machine for about 1/2 the cost of new, and you can have it now. If you're fabricating parts for which this machine has the capacity, then you're going to be very happy.

This is an item that is has to go freight (by truck) or be picked up here locally in the Albuquerque area. I encourage local pickup and can load on to anything you've got. Weight is about 2100 lb.
There is NO CHARGE to skid, cardboard and shrinkwrap and load.

These estimates are based on delivery to a commercial location (you have a loading dock or forklift available and a semi truck can get in and out)
Residential delivery and lift gate service (at additional cost) are available to most locations and can be determined at the same time you get your rate quote above.
Please use these online quotes as a guide. Lately we've been able to get better rates. So again, these should be considered a maximum.
This particular machine may be trucked on a flatbed which may reduce the cost of freight significantly over other methods.
