The SolidMax mounts easily in seconds to just about every type of milling vise out there including KURT , CHICK , andothers with no modification. All units come with pre-tapped plungers for tooling accessories and are hardened and ground for superior precision. All parts are griped and held with the same force even fragile parts can be held securely, without crushing pressure. Part movement is eliminated. In addition, broken cutters, damaged parts, and dedicated or custom built fixtures are eliminated as well.
Movable jaw is replaced by self-adjusting SolidMax vise jaw were each plunger works independently with equal force to push against each part with a variation of up to 1/16" in sizes of parts by utilizing a MECHANICAL DESIGN.
