This item is double layer plated board for users that can not layout their circuit by single layer board, any pin hole can be used as a via to connect traces on the two sides.
Copper pads on the board are all connected together by 0.02" thick wire on the board. Copper patterns are the same on both sides.
4. Cut off all the marked connections that you do not need by regular cutter/knife.
